Volunteers please arrive by 8:00 am. If for some reason you can’t arrive before 8:00 am, please contact another member to replace you. Informal networking begins at 8:00am

Check-in Desk:
Take money and gets person to sign in. EVERYONE PAYS $10.00. Indicate beside name C-CASH, CC-CREDIT CARD, and CK-CHECK. Have each person place a business card in the basket. Only one card and only one business promoted. During meeting, please watch door and register professional business network attendees who arrive late.
Run Credit Cards:
Take credit cards from check-in clerk and give to person at the bar. Once the card has been run, locate the professional business network attendee to sign the receipt and return the card. Once signed, take receipt back to person at the bar. (These will be checked against our list to make sure everyone pays one way or another).
Greet:
Greet professional network attendees as they enter. Make sure no one passes without paying or signing in. Also, keep area clear by asking those who have already signed-in to move on.

Everyone share leads and referrals and carry on informal networking from 8:00-8:30.Lou Ella will welcome everyone and announce to start the food line.


MEETING COORDINATOR (MC):


Right at 8:50 AM, the MC will welcome everyone to My Success Group (MSG), the premier business networking group in Tarrant County, and introduce themselves.

Any first-time guests here today? Welcome, we’re glad you are with us this morning. MSG is about three things – networking, building relationships and growing your business.

And to get things started on a high note, introduce Patty Smith one of MSG’s founders and our Group Leader.

Patty will announce the Executive Committee and the Web Master, Lee Fox.

Executive Committee : Rhonda Rinebold, Jim Pellegrino, Gary Blagg, Rick Burnham, Michele Wong-Ota, and John Carroll.

Web Master : Lee Fox.

(If Patty Smith is not able to attend the meeting, then the MC will introduce the Executive Committee members.)

The MC will tell the group how to become a member (must do these 4 things 5 times):

  • Attend five meetings.
  • Complete five 1-on-1 meetings (two of the 1-on-1 meetings must be with members of the Executive Committee).
  • Give five referrals.
  • Bring five guests.

Next, Rhonda Rinebold (or another Executive Committee member) will announce any NEW MEMBERS and have them come up for their 30-second introductions.

The MC will then ask GROUP MEMBERS to come up and give their 30-second introductions.

Then, the SPOTLIGHT SPEAKER has the floor for three minutes to overview their business.

Next, the MC will invite FIRST-TIME GUESTS to come up and introduce themselves. (Please let us know who invited you).

Last, all RETURNING GUESTS will come up for their 30-second introductions.

The PRIZE PATROL is then announced and will distribute gifts to the selected winners from a random drawing of business cards.

Then, attendees who have “Thank You’s” may come up to share them. (Please be brief).

Finally, (if time is available) members and guests who have announcements may come up and make them? (These are public announcements only, NOT business promotions).

At adjournment, please remove all personal items from the tables. Everyone needs to exit the dining area by 10:00 a.m. THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING … HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
